TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The quotation is valid for 7 days and payments must be made 5 days after invoice date (25th of the month).
- Please use the invoice number and your institution’ name as reference when payment is made and
e-mail proof of payment to accounts@truesports.co.za.
- No discount will be allowed in case of rain and no work will be done on public holidays.
- Personnel are not held responsible for players before or after training/session and/or a match.
- Accounts that are in arrears after the last Friday of a term will be handed over to the attorneys and you will be held responsible for their cost.
- No sports professional can drive any vehicle transporting children accept if he has a valid PDP and it is cleared with TRUE SPORTS.
- Games are seen as coaching/training sessions and are quoted and invoiced for according to time spent (whether played or not).
- If any task not quoted for are done outside the specified dates out of contract rates will be charged.
- Only the above specified tasks can be expected from the sports professional. Any other unspecified tasks will be charged at a different rate.
- Sports days and tours are not included.
- Institutions are responsible for providing transport to sports professionals when playing away games.
- Institutions must provide equipment needed for practices and inform sports professionals if practices are cancelled.
- Transport are quoted on kilometres travelled further than the norm of 30 km per day per sports professional at R3,00 per km.
- TRUE SPORTS will act as placing agent of sports professionals at your institution, on your special request and insistence.
- Your institution will make payment to TRUE SPORTS, who will then make payment to the sports professional after the relevant and agreed deductions between TRUE SPORTS and the sports professional.
- The institution and TRUE SPORTS indemnifies and hold harmless the other against any loss, damages, penalties, and claims suffered by the other party or by any third party or the sports professional which arises as a result of a negligent or willful act or omission on the part of the Indemnifier and /or the sport professional, its employees, students, agents, subcontractors or authorized representatives.
- Transport are quoted on kilometres travelled further than the norm of 30 km per day per coach at R3,00 per km
- If dates of games/galas aren’t available yet the cost and the traveling cost thereof must still be included in the estimate.
